ABOUT US
Plit & Zhai Immigration Experts was founded in 2024 by Jodi Plit and Dong Zhai, an organisation dedicated to help smaller businesses and individuals -- those who are often overlooked by larger firms. We strive to help those in the remote parts of Australia, and to make a difference for you in your Australian immigration journey.

Jodi is a practicing solicitor, and has been specialising in immigration law since 2010. Dong is a registered migration agent in Australia, and has been providing immigration consulting services since 2007. Working together, they bring the skills necessary to bridge your gaps in the Australian immigration process.

Jodi and Dong have both worked in immigration in the "Big 4" global professional services organisations, as well as at the world's biggest immigration law firm Fragomen, and also at smaller migration agencies and firms. After working in Australian immigration, Jodi diversified her immigration law career working for firms and organisations in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the EMEA region. Dong has continued expanding her Australian immigration expertise assisting with an extensive variety of immigration needs including catering to remote parts of Australia, especially those that have specialised requirements.
